Football Grounds Western Magpies - Magpies
I hope to give some brief information about football grounds in Brisbane. It's apity I had not taken photos over the decades of all the grounds I have seen football played at. Since about 1956 when I first saw games at the Sandgate Football Club. I now have a digital camera so it's so easy to take photographs. I take a series of images and using The GIMP I make panoramic images by joining the images together.
This is looking to the south. The southern goal posts can just be seen just right of the centre. If you look closely one will see the scoreboard at the right side of the southern goal posts. The small club house is the building next to the trees on the right. WestsMagpies play in the AFLQ Division two.
