Football Grounds Morningside - Panthers
I hope to give some brief information about football grounds in Brisbane. It's apity I had not taken photos over the decades of all the grounds I have seen football played at. Since about 1956 when I first saw games at the Sandgate Football Club. I now have a digital camera so it's so easy to take photographs. I take a series of images and using The GIMP I make panoramic images by joining the images together.
This
is looking to the southeast. The southern goal posts can just be seen
about in the centre. If you look closely one will see the scoreboard
at the left side left of the northern goal posts. The small club
house is the blue part on the right above the people in the
foreground. Morningside play in the AFLQ Division one.
